HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a Unit of Competency that provides the skills and knowledge required to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.This CPR update course is the most recent version of what is often referred to as the CPR Update orCPR Refresher. This Unit replaces the previous course codes HLTCPR201A, HLTCPR201B and most recently HLTCPR211A.
If you haven’t trained before and do not hold current qualifications you should book into our Regular 2hr CPR course. The Full Length 3hr course is also available for those who choose not to complete pre-course online theory.

Other companies make false claims that there is no online theory in their courses but if read the fine print there must always be online theory for any course less than 8 hours otherwise it is a non-compliant course.

The most popular course we deliver if our industry innovative 1hr first aid course which is nationally recognized. Our team has created this course which is delivered in a 1-hour format (plus online theory completed before the training date). The course has been streamlined to only cover a quick written quiz followed by a session of quick demonstration and practical assessment only. This course is fast paced and only recommended for learners requiring refresher qualifications.
If you haven’t trained before and do not hold current qualifications you should book into our Regular 4hr first aid course.
For those that would prefer a slower-paced format, and don’t have time to complete the pre-course theory we recommend the full 8-hour course $180.

This first aid course is officially known as the Unit of Competency HLTAID004  Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting. The unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants, children, and adults. The unit applies to childcare workers, educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.
If you haven’t trained before and do not hold current qualifications you should book into our Regular 5hr Childcare first aid course.
NSW Learners:Â This course is approved by ACECQA for the purposes of the Education and Care Services National Law as satisfying first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis management requirements for childcare workers. (Note: individual employers may have slightly different requirements. Â Please check with your employer before enrolling if there is any doubt).
VIC Learners: Regulations in Victoria require that those working with children still obtain additional qualifications for asthma and anaphylaxis on top of this qualification. We offer a combined asthma/anaphylaxis course which combined with this qualification will ensure you meet all regulatory requirements in Victoria.
