First Aid Courses Courses
The first aid courses on offer are taken from the HLT07 Health training package. They include:
- 1. HLTFA311A Apply first aid (commonly referred to as Level 2 or Senior first aid)
- 2. HLTFA211A Provide basic emergency life support (commonly referred to as Level 1 or Emergency first aid), and
- 3. HLTCPR211A Perform CPR
The course "Perform CPR" is included in both "Apply first aid" and "Provide basic emergency life support", so there is no need to enrol in both.

Apply First Aid (Senior or Level 2)

There are no pre-requisites for this course, which means that you don't need Level 1 first aid or any other course qualification to enrol.
The course is made up between 2 to 6 hours of on-line home-study PLUS a single 5.5-hour practical session.
