Melbourne First Aid specialises in delivering accredited first aid training to a range of workplaces, from heavy industries to schools. Our parent company, CPR First Aid trains courses nationally. This enables individuals to attend our public sessions held in most major cities across Australia.  We also offer workplace and group bookings nationally.

You can view our courses, dates and locations by using the Course Finder.

We have kept our prices affordable to pass on the benefits to you, the client. This is how:

- We are able to keep the cost of the course down by providing on-line study rather than supplying a paper workbook and reference book.

- We don't provide tea, instant coffee and biscuits which also saves you $9 on your course cost, however; there are cafes nearby where you can purchase a 'real' coffee for $5

- You will also receive a CPR Faceshield Keyring (RRP $9.95) for Apply First Aid & CPR refresher course

Training Courses

  • First Aid
First aid courses provide participants with the skills and knowledge to attend to casualties as soon as possible, before the arrival of paramedics. Participants learn to stabilise patients, not to cure them.

  • CPR Training
CPR training is the cornerstone of all first aid courses. According to the Australian Resuscitation Council, the CPR component of first aid training should be refreshed every twelve months.

  • Anaphylaxis
Anaphylaxis management training is accredited training that includes information about allergies and anaphylaxis, recognising signs and symptoms, managing and treating an allergic reaction (including administration of an EpiPen® and the AnaPen®) and minimising the risk of exposure to allergens in children’s services.

  • Emergency Asthma Management
The prevalence of asthma in Australia is among the highest in the world and a result of this was declared as the sixth national health priority in 1999. The introduction of Asthma Management plans and better control of symptoms through better medications all help in the development of a persons overall fitness and asthma
    management.
